This is a very vague question friend~~i mean you can get weapons in all of the cities, New York, Cuba, Bangkok, and Moscow. So it all depends on where you are fighting and which episodes or jobs you are picking. There is different loot in each city~~in Cuba there are trackloaders, guerilla squads, TNT, Gaff Hooks, and Camoflauge body armor. In Moscow, there are RU-38 Pistols, Executive Overcoats, Schurminovs, etc. And so it just depends on which city you are in. To me it makes sense to max out on loot in one city at a time~~but it all depends on which kind of a player you are~~a fighter, energy player, which.
