Well, there is an update for realPlayer where it will actually let you download the video for free and it puts it in the folder you specify.
Otherwise, if that does not work, I would try programs from CNET on download.com to convert the videos.
Also, if you are using firefox, there is a add-on called “You Player” or something like that, where it will DL the videos in .flv format. Then you would just use a free download program to convert the .flv clip into a video file (mpeg, AVI, etc.)
It all sounds confusing, but once you have the .flv converter program, realPlayer update, and/or You Player For Firefox, it will be pretty self explanatory.
The real player update is the easiest way though.

Oh and don’t forget, you will need a video editing program, such as Windows Movie Maker (comes with windows) or a better one that you can buy (Corel Video Studio Pro X2, Ulead, Adobe, etc).
You may also want to consider using Wavepad Master’s Edition (through NCH.COM) to edit the audio tracks.
It’s a really good, easy to use audio editor.
